Priyanka Deo is an accomplished media and communications professional with an international career spanning journalism, higher education, and strategic public affairs. Priyanka has held leadership roles at The Times of India Group and Associated Broadcasting in New Delhi, India. She also contributed to the national communications team for Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the 2019 Lok Sabha elections and is recognized as a prominent political commentator and youth influencer across Indian media. Priyanka holds advanced degrees from Harvard University, the University of Southern California, and the London School of Economics. As Co-Founder of Higher Education Consultants LLC, Priyanka brings a global perspective and a deep commitment to student development and international academic collaboration.
Dr. Ty Dooley, Co-Founder, Higher Education Consultants LLC
Dr. Ty Dooley is a seasoned higher education leader, researcher, and public policy expert with over two decades of experience in academic administration, enrollment strategy, and program evaluation. Dr. Dooley has led strategic initiatives that reversed budget deficits, expanded global recruitment—particularly in India—and achieved consistent year-over-year growth. He has served as principal investigator for a $1.4 million state-funded evaluation project, overseeing a multidisciplinary research team and producing actionable insights for state agencies and nonprofit partners. With a Ph.D. in Public Policy, Dr. Dooley brings expertise in strategic planning, organizational leadership, and student success. As Co-Founder of Higher Education Consultants LLC, he helps institutions advance enrollment, develop mission-aligned partnerships, and improve operational outcomes with data-informed solutions and culturally responsive strategies.
